Project objective:
The renovation of the listed building located at the corner of Andrássy street and Liszt Ferenc square preserved its original residential function but created apartments offering a luxurious living environment that suits well the environment and the historical past of the building. Historical characteristics were preserved during the reconstruction. The renovated building fits well in the World Heritage area. Its interior spaces provide modern engineering solutions in a nostalgic environment to meet the standards of 21st century homes.
Before the commencement of works, ECO-TEC Ltd. provided real estate development consulting to the investor and performed construction supervision tasks during project execution.
