Project execution and construction supervisor tasks during the construction of Waberer’s Logistics Warehouse Base.
Project objective:
Waberer’s Group is a leading shipping and logistics company in Hungary. Their first own logistics warehouse base was developed and built in Ecser.
The hall has a floor area of ~47,300 m², of which 37,200 m² was built as high-bay warehouse and ~8,700 m² as crossdocking warehouse. In addition, offices were built in several groups, with a total net floor area of ~1,400 m². The warehouse base is served through 70 dock gates. In addition to the warehouse hall, a porter’s building, a sprinkler tank and a HVAC building was constructed, as well as 30 parking places for trucks and 110 for cars.
